Estimated Arrival Times & Postal Holidays
The estimated (arrival times) are:
Canada: 5-10 business days based on postal code (standard mail)
United States: 8 to 12 business days (standard mail)
Business days do not include weekends or holidays with no postal service.
These estimates do not include any postal delays along the way, especially winter storms.
POSTAL HOLIDAYS (NO SERVICE)
There is no postal service in:
USA: no holidays in April
Canada: March 29 (Good Friday) and April 1 (Easter Monday)
Return Details - Customs Document Requirements
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me to discuss a return/refund. I need to supply you with the proper Customs document requirements for returned goods.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
As mentioned, I do accept cancellations, but keep in mind, some orders are in the mail within an hour.
My US Shop Currency vs your Browsing Currency
My shop is listed in US dollars (as 95% of my customers are in the US).
If you are a Canadian buyer, you may have your currency setting set to shop on Etsy in Canadian dollars.
If you are browsing and shopping in Cnd dollars, Etsy will show you their converted price.
Any price quotes I give by email messages are always in US dollars.
Why Canadian Shipping is more Expensive
For items that exceed the strict Canada Post package thickness (slot size), they have to be sent by parcel rate (which is more expensive within Canada than USA destinations).
Domestic Parcel rates vary within Canada from $12 to $18 USD.
As my listings do not include regional postage rates for Canadian locations, I have entered an average cost. Any overage is AUTOMATICALLY refunded.
Mark as Gift
When you mark your order as a gift, this means the price will not appear on the packing slip included in the package. However, if I am sending to a US destination, as this will be sent from Canada, the customs document on the outside of the package does include the price and contents.
Do you need additional quantities from what is shown on the listing?
As I make my own products, I can easily increase the quantity in the listing for you, you only have to let me know. The only exception would be if I am out of supplies at the time.
What is a headstamp and why do they vary?
A headstamp is the markings on the heads. It shows who the manufacture was and caliber. If you require a specific manufacturer, please ask BEFORE you purchase.
Please note as my supplies do vary, the headstamp may have a different manufacturer than shown in the pictures; e.g. Winchester, Win, Win HS, W-W, W W Super, Remington, R.P., Federal, F.C., etc.
What style of shirt do you wear with cufflinks?
Cufflinks are designed only for use with shirts which have buttonholes on both sides but no buttons.
These may be either single or double-length "French" cuffs, and may be worn either "kissing," with the ends pinched together, or "barrel-style," with one end overlapping the other. Kissing cuffs are usually preferred

Each of my handmade products use casings, shells and/or bullets that have ALL been permanently altered and made into something new. They cannot be used in their original form.
However, please use common sense when carrying products that look like ammunition to any location where your possessions may be scrutinized (e.g. airports, government buildings, schools, any sensitive locations, etc)
