I do apologize for any inconvenience that was brought forward by this transaction. Unfortunately your claim about me is NOT TRUE as I was the one to contact YOU to remind YOU that the item YOU purchased did not come as a set (as stated in the product listing) and that the matching pillow cover was available for purchase and that I WOULD combine shipping of both items and REIMBURSE you for any shipping overages. Unfortunately, it took you almost two weeks to reply to my message and your order had already been processed and delivered. I am a star seller and we are rated based on our communications to our customers. Any message you did send me in reply to mine was politely and promptly returned.

I do apologize you’re not satisfied with your item. I did explain in our conversation your item would be shipped a couple days later than originally expected due to circumstances beyond our control. Your comment was, “It's no rush at all. I am just excited to see it. I just redecorated my kitchen in sunflowers 😊” Once your item was delivered and you contacted me about the absorption of the towel, I referred you to read the listing details and explained that these are more for decorative purposes. Not once did you mention any color discrepancies. I don’t recommend using a $16.99 flour sack towel for drying dishes. You can get a set of 4 at your local Walmart for $9.99.
