Do your prices include postage?
No prices do not include postage. Please see the postage information on each listing for further information
Do you post outside of Australia?
Yes, I can post outside of Australia. Please contact me for a quote to suit your specific needs.
Do multiple fat quarters come uncut?
Yes. So 2FQs will come as a half metre, 4FQs will be a metre, 6FQs is 1.5m, 8FQs is 2m etc.
Do your postage prices include tracking?
Due to Etsy’s policies I only send orders via tracked post. If you would prefer a cheaper untracked postage cost please contact me directly to arrange this.
Do you send express post?
Yes, I can offer express postage to you when you add it to your cart from the "additional postage" section of the store. This fee covers the additional price to cover the postage and also prioritising your order within the queue. Your order must be placed before 12noon for it to go out in the current days post. If your order is placed after 12noon it will go out the following day. It is advised that you check the Australia Post website to make sure that your postcode qualifies for overnight delivery to avoid disappointment.
Will my fabric look like what is shown in the photo?
I try my best to get a photo that gives the best example of the fabric. Some computer screens may show colours differently and pictures are only a representation of what the fabric looks like. If you require a photo of a more specific nature (i.e.: with a ruler to show size) please contact me as I am more than happy to help!
