Sizing details
Prints will be clearly stated in product descriptions. Artwork is formatted to the best of my ability as some dimensions may vary. Please reach out if you need help choosing a size or need specific specifications.
Can I request custom order?
Please send message if there is a special request about custom work. I will respond within 3 to 5 days as time allows. Custom work and commissions are offered occasionally and only when my schedule allows.
If custom work has been agreed upon then a special listing will be created. Once deposit has been paid, the commission will begin to be created. When work is completed, you will have a chance to review and finish payment prior to shipping.
When will my order ship?
Please allow for 3 to 7 days from receiving order to packing/shipping. All orders once received will be reviewed for accurate shipping. Please ensure correct complete address is in profile. Tracking will be included with every order. Please reach out if you have not received confirmation of order being processed. If expediated shipping is needed, we will be happy to accommodate you, though an additional charge may be added.
What if my items are damaged?
Because this is a small, artist-run shop, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, please message me—I want you to love what you receive.
Please reach out as soon as possible within 10 days after delivery, with receipt as well as photo documentation of damage. An exchange or refund may be processed once it is verified.
What materials do you use?
Art prints: Printed from original illustrations on high-quality paper
Stickers: Durable vinyl, suitable for journals, planners, laptops, and water bottles
Material details are always listed on individual product pages.
How do I care for my prints and stickers?
Keep prints out of direct sunlight for longevity
Stickers last longest on clean, smooth surfaces
Hand-wash only if applied to reusable items
Where are you based?
All artwork is created and packed in the United States by an independent artist. Some artwork may be processed by third party that helps with manufacturing. However, if you would like gift wrapping please reach out so we may ensure our home base receives the order to continue processing and shipping with gifts.
