It never got delivered to me

Can’t rate this product cause I never received it. But finally got a refund after I almost had to file a claim.

I never received the charm I ordered despite the seller sending another package after the first never came. Shame, because these charms are super cute! 4 stars for customer service because the seller did try to resolve the issue and I was given a refund.
