If we discussed the idea and I'll be able to create it for you, it might take a few weeks for me to complete your order, but I wil let you know the estimated time when you decided on something. I will start working on it if I received a fulll payment.

- Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and other (harsh) liquids.
- Polymer clay is strong, but like any handmade item, it should be handled with care.
- Clean gently with a soft dry cloth - no chemicals needed.

For jewelry specifically:
- Store in a dry, cool place - preferably in a jewelry box or pouch.
- Keep your jewelry away from heat sources and direct sunlight as much as possible.
- Please don't wear your jewelry in the shower or when swimming or exercising.

I ship my products in a Letterbox Package or a bubble envelope. If you ordered a bigger item, I will ship it in a regular cardboard shipping box. I will pack it up as safely as I can.

I send my orders with Mailbox Shipping through PostNL - it always includes Track & Trace. If you want an upgrade to registered mail, please contact me before ordering so I can check what I can do for you.

Everything in my shop is handmade by me, which means every piece is unique. Your jewelry may vary slightly from the photos in shape, texture or color pattern.

Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or lighting. I do my best to capture each piece accurately in the product photos.

If you order something from a different country you might have to pay customs (especially outside of the EU!).

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not cover or reimburse these costs.

All earrings come with Stainless Steel hooks by default. If you prefer 925 Sterling Silver (with an extra charge of €4), please just send me a message before ordering and I'll set up a custom order for you.

- These items are not intended for children under 3 years of age - small parts may present a choking hazard.
- Handle with care - while polymer clay is durable, it can break if bent or dropped.
- These products are accessoires, not toys - so please treat them gently and keep away from fire, water and harsh chemicals.
- Check your jewelry/decoration regularly for any loose or broken parts to avoid damage or choking hazards.
- All metal components are lead-, nickel- and cadmium-free to the best of my knowledge. If you have metal sensitivities I advice you to upgrade to Silver or test before wearing.
