Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

United States Orders: For orders shipped to the US, our production partner handles all customs processes on your behalf. No additional customs fees or duties will be charged to you upon delivery.
What if the product is damaged during shipping?
First off, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. If your goods arrived damaged, please reach out to us via Etsy message.
To resolve this quickly, please include photos or a short video of the damage.
Once verified with our production partner, we will happily send you a free replacement or offer a refund right away.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for quality issues or shipping errors must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
How are returns handled? Comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?
Since our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size ordered. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us with a photo and we will send a free replacement immediately.
My orders tracking shows that it is being returned to sender? What happens now?
Orders can be returned to the sender for a few reasons, but the most common is an incorrect address. Other reasons might include the customer refusing to accept the package or it being unclaimed in customs.
If you'd like us to reship the item once it comes back, please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
How do I report a problem with my order?

If you have trouble downloading or opening your file, or if the file appears corrupted, please contact me immediately and I will send you a fresh copy.

Can I include a gift message with my order?
Since we ship directly from our production partner, we are unable to send a physical gift card message with your order at this time, but please use the new Etsy feature called "Gift Teaser" instead.
