*Vintage: I inspect any vintage jewelry that I use in my designs and make any necessary repairs prior to selling. But vintage is vintage. Rhinestones can be remounted with a little glue and replacement stones are always available at local craft stores. I will repair any piece of jewelry that is faulty due to my workmanship, meaning any of the connecting, hand wiring and assembling of the jewelry piece. Just contact me here, send the piece back to me at your expense and I will make the repair as long as it complies to the above guidelines.

*Shipping: I ship via USPS delivery and always supply you with a tracking number for you to be able to track your package. I use an online postage service where I do pay extra monthly to be able to supply you with that tracking number but it is well worth it to have the ability to see where your jewelry is after it is on it's way to you.

*French Feather Designs will not be held responsible for items delivered to the wrong address, lost in the mail, or damaged by the post office in transit. If your item is lost in transit or is marked as delivered and it is not, please contact your local USPS office and give them the tracking number you were provided.

If you require a shipping upgrade PLEASE CONTACT ME PRIOR TO PURCHASING so I can change the postage. Also, if you want to purchase insurance for your package to ensure better tracking please let me know this too PRIOR TO PURCHASING and I will make the change to your shipping, with the added cost to you, to reflect an insurance purchase.
