1. How do I send my photo?
You can email your photo along with your order number to funcustomtrend@gmail.com
or simply message us directly on Etsy.
2. Do you offer personalization?
Absolutely! Most of our products can be personalized. Simply follow the instructions on the product page or leave your request in the note at checkout. Have a unique idea? Feel free to message us!
3. Can I see a preview before it ships?
Yes! We're happy to provide a digital preview upon request. Please note that preview requests may slightly extend the production timeline.
4. Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted fulfillment centers, primarily located in the United States. Depending on product availability and your shipping location, some items may ship from other countries.
5. My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
We're very sorry! Please send us a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll ship a replacement to you free of charge.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
We accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have already begun and changes may no longer be possible.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since our items are made-to-order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or mistake with your item. That said, please contact us — we’re committed to making things right.
8. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please reach out to us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, once a package has shipped, we’re unable to reroute it.
