The seller had great communication throughout, and it arrived less than a week from the date ordered. It was packaged well and the tracking number was sent promptly. What's the largest framed art print you offer?
Our largest non-custom orders are sized at 32in by 48in (portrait & landscape)
Do you offer Custom orders for framed prints?
Yes, but there are limitation to file sizes, so make sure your files are:
- No more than 200MB
- JPG or PNG file type
- 300 DPI
- Preferred canvas size for print
P.S. Always send us the highest resolution image file for the best quality print.
How to take care of canvas art prints?
Always use a damp cloth to wipe off dust and debris off of these canvases.
Although these canvases are premium artist grade printed with fade-resistant archival ink (giclee), I'd suggest to keep them indoors, away from direct sunlight.
I need this ASAP. How long should I wait after purchase?
After ordering, we'll process it immediately. But we're only human, so here's what to expect:
