What is your shipping policy on first class/priority mail upgrades?

With both Etsy seller prices and USPS shipping prices going up on October 1st, we will no longer be able to honor requests for Priority Mail shipping *IF* your package weighs under 1 pound. If your package weighs over 1 pound, we will continue to ship as Priority Mail, but all packages under 1 pound will be sent First Class mail. You are always welcome to upgrade your shipping if you so choose!

Custom and personalized orders

All orders from this shop are printed on demand, therefore they are all considered custom/personalized orders.

Sizing details

Please check the sizing on anything that you order. Leaving bad feedback because you state you 'should have checked the dimensions before you bought it' is not acceptable and will get you reported to Etsy and the Etsy Karen Database.

DAMAGES and MISSING ITEMS

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is damaged in transit, you will be asked to submit a picture of the damaged item AS WELL AS the original package it was sent in. No replacement items will be processed until these pictures have been received.

MISSING ITEMS:
Once I ship the item to you (i.e. once it is dropped off at the post office), I am NOT responsible for it. If the item is marked as delivered but you are not able to find it, you will be asked to file a missing package report with your local USPS and a mail theft report with your local police department. Once these items have been shared with me, I can replace the missing items.
