4 out of 5 starsI received this item, but the lower review is due to the shipping and customer service issues. This was meant as a Valentine’s Day gift, and the delivery window showed that it would arrive around that time. However, the item didn’t ship until several days after Valentine’s Day. When I contacted the seller, they explained that there was an issue with their facility. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can cause problems with orders, but it would be much better to inform customers about these issues as they arise, rather than waiting for them to reach out and inquire about the missed delivery window. That being said, I cannot speak to the quality of the item, as I have not yet received it.
