FAST SHIPPING
We offer both free and flat rate shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.
Products are shipped by US Postal Service, UPS & FedEX when we offer free shipping. You can upgrade to Priority Mail for quicker delivery. (We suggest ordering early before the holidays). We are committed to processing orders within 24 hours when orders are made Monday through Friday. Orders received before noon on Friday, EST will ship same day. Weekend orders ship the following business day usually Monday except during holiday weekends. Note that although the USPS tracking of Priority Mail normally works fine, sometimes tracking does not show until after the package has actually delivered. If there are any questions about the status of your order, feel free to contact us!
PLEASE NOTE: We ship to the address you indicate at checkout. Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses are updated so your package is shipped to the correct address. We will ship to the address that is indicated on your Etsy order and are not responsible for incorrect addressing or changes thereafter. We will not refund an order when the purchaser records the wrong shipping address.

Refunds and Exchanges
As our customer, it is our job to make you happy. We will "exchange" any unused soap product anytime as long as it has not been opened or show any signs of use. Refunds are done on a case by case basis. If the product is damaged during shipping, it can be returned for a replacement of the same product – NO SUBSTITUTES. Return shipping costs are the purchasers responsibility. In the case of damage due to a shipping carrier, we suggest you take the container and product directly to the carrier (USPS, Fedex or UPS) within 7 business days of your receiving said shipment. If you are unhappy in any way, please contact us. Your positive feedback is important to our business. We will work with you and the postal carrier to make sure the issue is satisfactory.

Our soaps are made from saponified organic oils of Olive, Palm, Sunflower and Coconut. Some of our soaps contain Shea Butter. All have purified water when being blended. Some of our soaps have color additives such as ultramarine blue and green pigment or a mineral oxide. We only use all natural colorants, no dyes or chemical substitutes. We do this to give you the best possible product for your body. READ THE INGREDIENTS LABEL LIST ON EACH PRODUCT. We are not responsible for anyone's misuse of our soap products.
