If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing. We’re happy to create a custom upgrade listing for UPS Second Day Air (UPS does not guarantee delivery dates for 2nd day to residential addresses) for you after checkout if needed.

Please note that USPS and UPS do not guarantee delivery dates. Because of this, we’re unable to promise arrival by your requested date and do not issue refunds for items that do not arrive by a specific date due to USPS delays.

Etsy offers estimated delivery dates on each of our listings. All you need to do is enter your zip code. I would recommend adding a day or two their to their estimates just to be safe.

If you are shipping to Hawaii or Alaska the transit time is about 16 days. Etsy's estimated transit time is not accurate.

We will never promise or guarantee a delivery date.

🚚 **Please take a moment to check your shipping address on your receipt.**

We know it’s hard to keep up with addresses (autofill, old addresses, etc.), but we really want your candle to actually make it to you.

If USPS can’t verify an address, your package may move more slowly through their system — or be returned to us if they’re unable to deliver it.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an item is not as expected, we hope you reach out to us ASAP through Etsy conversations.

Thank you.
