Who can I contact if I have a question about the glifaa shop or my order?

When will my order arrive? Will it arrive in time for Pride?
After you submit an order, your items are printed and shipped by glifaa's print-on-demand vendor. Please refer to the estimated shipping times in your order confirmation email. The glifaa board cannot guarantee the delivery date of your order.

Why are there limited lanyard options?
Our current vendor doesn't have the capability to print lanyards and we haven't been able to find another print-on-demand vendor that does. The limited quantity of lanyards available in the store were purchased separately by the glifaa board and shipped to our vendor for warehousing and distribution. Some posts have printed their own lanyards locally. Please email board@glifaa.org with any questions or to find out more.

Yes! Our printing and shipping vendor accepts APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please make sure you enter your address in accordance with the USPS instructions found here: https://faq.usps.com/s/article/How-Do-I-Address-Military-Mail
