Update: Scott was very adamant about making sure I was happy, so he offered to send me a new clock at no charge. *** I like the clock a lot but was disappointed that on the pallet that was used there is an awkward, random hole under the number 10 that I wish wasn't there, because I initially thought maybe it was damaged. None of the sample photos I saw had this flaw which is why it was unexpected and disappointing. The battery compartment on the back was also loose when I received it. But hanging on my wall it's functioning fine. It also took almost a full month to receive, not the shipping time promised. I thought about sending it back due to the hole, but after taking so long to receive it, did not feel like dealing with the return process and also needed a clock in my kitchen.

I’m very pleased with my white coastal decor wall clock which I purchased for the covered patio at my new home. It matches the decor perfectly. The item shipped quickly and the packaging was perfect. I am keeping it to store the clock safely in the winter. There was a slight problem with the clock movement which must have loosened during the shipping process ( we all know how “ gently “ our packages are handled! HaHa!) Upon contacting the vendor, he went above and beyond to make it right- but all it took was a little twist of my needle nose pliers and the clock was perfect- as advertised! I highly recommend this vendor and would not hesitate to shop with him again!
