Our Canva templates are designed to be easily accessible, with no limitations on edits. However, templates may occasionally be subject to updates or modifications, which can result in expired or inaccessible template links.

Immediate Download Requirement To ensure long-term access, please download your templates and save them to your Canva account immediately after purchase.

Replacement Policy If a template link becomes inaccessible due to an update or Canva error, we will provide a replacement link within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer replacements for expired links or files lost due to computer crashes, email deletions, or other personal issues.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

Canva templates may undergo updates and modifications over time. As a result, links to templates purchased over a year ago may expire or become inaccessible. We encourage customers to download and save templates to their Canva account immediately upon purchase to ensure continued access.

We are unable to provide replacement links for templates purchased over a year ago. If the template link is no longer accessible, purchasing the latest version may be required.

For best results, we recommend printing from a computer or laptop using Adobe Acrobat Reader and selecting:

“Actual Size” or “100% Scale”
High-quality print settings

Please avoid “Fit to Page” or “Shrink to Fit” settings, as these may resize the design.

Mobile devices, tablets, and wireless printer apps may automatically resize files depending on device and printer settings.

Always print 1 test page before printing multiple copies.
