Frequently asked questions
What happens if my piece breaks?
If any of your components break:
1) Contact us straight away via email (happyjuneclay@gmail.com).
2) Attach a photo of the broken piece and we can discuss a solution.
A note: we cannot replace/refund items that have been improperly stored or cared for. We will also not replace or refund items more than 6 months old. Proof of purchase will be required.
How do I care for my piece?
* Do NOT attempt to bend your pieces.
* Avoid showering or swimming while wearing your polymer clay jewelry.
* Keep pieces out of little wandering hands - do not allow children to play with, wear, or chew your clay creations.
* Store your pieces in a dry, cool spot.
* Avoid perfumes & harsh chemicals.
* If you notice a mark on your creation, use a damp cloth to wipe away. If it's a stubborn mark, use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and wipe gently. (Do not do this to jewelry that has metallic leaf or hand-painted details.)
