We want everyone to be happy before and after purchasing especially since the art we create is a passed down skill. Please message us through Etsy conversations to ensure that we see your message.

EXCHANGES: We welcome exchanges for items in the shop.
DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS: We are limited in time & each piece is made to order. The customer is responsible for getting the exchangeable item back safely to our office. (We suggest a tracking number) Items must be in the condition in which they arrived & returned within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer exchanges for custom orders of any kind, no exceptions. Once the item has been received by us we will then make another item to your specifications and ship it out asap! But do remember our craft takes many hours so we will try our best on the asap part. Communication is key so please be patient.

While we do not offer returns, we are happy to do an exchange. Because everything is made to order, all exchanges will be charged a restocking fee so we aren't left with trying to sell a custom made piece at full price.

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE TO ORDERS PLACED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES. ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES ARE FINAL SALE DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF SHIPPING.
