When is my item scheduled to ship and/or what is the estimated delivery date?

To see the estimated delivery date for your order on Etsy.com, do the following:
1. On Etsy.com, click the Your Account icon.
2. Click Purchases and reviews.
3. If available, the estimated delivery date will be to the right of your order.

How long will it take for my order to be made?

You can find the *processing time* for an item on the item’s listing page:
1. Click an item you’re interested in on Etsy.com.
2. On the listing page, you’ll see either:
>> Ready to ship in: This shows the processing time for the item.
>> Estimated delivery date: The date range when you can expect this order to arrive.

*The processing time is the length of time our shop needs to get your order ready to ship, or the length of time between when you place an order and when our shop ships your order.

My package was marked as delivered, but I didn't actually receive it. What should I do?

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email, but have not actually received your package, here is what we suggest:

1. USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
2. Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS will generally provide helpful information.

Ugh; I provided the wrong address for my order! How can I change the address?

1. Contact our shop with the correct address and we will update it when we print out your shipping label.
2. We can cancel your order. Then, you can reorder the items with the correct shipping address.

Note: Since we are changing the address manually on our end, you will still get a shipping notification from Etsy with the original address you had on file.

What's the best way to contact Hart Wood Co.?

Via Etsy Messages

1. On a listing page, click Message Seller under the listing title.
2. If you aren’t already signed into your Etsy account, you’ll be prompted to sign in.
3. Type your question, comment, or concern into the textbox.
4. After you send your message, we will be notified and can respond.

NOTE: If you've tried to reach us via email (hartwoodco.etsy@gmail.com), chances are we didn't see it. Each day, we get lots of emails from Etsy confirming orders, etc., so customer emails become easily buried.

Do you offer local pickup as an option?

Unfortunately, local pickup is not an option.

Can you engrave trademarked or copyrighted logos/images?

No, we cannot engrave trademarked or copyrighted logos or images.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

As of 5/15/24, we are now offering shipping to the following places: the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

What is Hart Wood Co.'s return/exchange policy?

➤ Personalized Items:
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if your personalized item does not fit or you made an error in what you asked to have engraved, we can offer you a coupon code for a discount off the purchase of a new replacement item.

➤ Non-Personalized Items:
We do accept exchanges/returns on non-personalized items, as long as they are still in new, unworn condition. When making an exchange or return, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the ring back to our shop. Once we receive the original, unworn ring, we will ship out the new ring.

We are happy to accommodate deadlines whenever possible. If you need your order by a certain date, please message us on Etsy BEFORE placing your order.

Please note that order notes are often not reviewed until just before shipping, so messaging us in advance is the best way to ensure we can meet your needs.
