All packages are shipped via USPS, and according to the shipping choice that you have made upon checkout. The shop cannot guarantee the delivery date of your shipment; USPS only guarantees Express shipping. Please contact USPS if your shipment is guaranteed a delivery date and it is missed.

Please feel free to mail back the unopened package to the shop's address for a refund of the item's purchase price.
Custom items cannot be returned, unless damaged or defective.

Please retain all packaging. If the USPS damaged your item, the packaging is needed for a claim; it likely has notification from USPS regarding the damage. Please contact me upon delivery so that a claim can begin.

Etsy is kind of like a virtual craft fair. We all have our own booths (shops), and our own items. We aren't able to combine orders from separate shops, or to add jewelry pieces to pieces from other shops.

You can write anything you'd like in your review. People are most interested in the actual item, and the service that they receive from this specific shop. Please rate the item that you received, and not the delivery person or weather your package dealt with on your porch. Why? Etsy prides itself on great shops, and closes the ones that have too many bad reviews. Always leave a fair and honest review- my shop's survival literally depends on it.

Probably not. Choose the shipping speed that you think will get your item to you by the time you need it. If that's not possible, maybe you could put a description in the card so that the person can look forward to the delivery, make sure to send me a message at checkout letting me know the issue, and we can work together to get your item to you as quickly as possible.
Some items I can ship quickly, but most items in the shop need to be created after the order is received by me.

All information needed for the order is between you and me. Personal words can be written in a message between us, and won't be written in the custom listing.
Make sure that you verify all information in the latest message and the listing is correct before purchasing, and I'll get to work!
