Wholesale availability

Because all my items are handmade by us at the studio, please inquire for large quantity orders due to time availability.

What materials are used for your products?

We use gypsum, clay, glaze, and PLA to create our unique and durable items.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Processing time varies depending on the type of item. Most items are made to order due to space constraints, and the processing time is included in the shipping time estimate. In-stock items will ship within 3 days.

Do you accept custom or personalized orders?

Yes, we do! 3D-printed items can be resized within limitations. However, handmade items would require a redesign and a new costly mold, which can range in the hundreds.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns for a refund. However, we do replace damaged products. For exchanges, please contact us directly, and we can try to work something out.

Do you ship internationally, and what are the shipping costs?

Yes, shipping is automatically calculated based on distance and weight of the package. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

How can I track my order?

Tracking will be provided with the selected shipping provider upon completion of the item. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

How can I contact you if I have questions or issues with my order?

My package was stolen, can you send me a new one?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen packages according to our policy. If your tracking number indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, we recommend reaching out to Etsy. You can open a case with them to investigate the issue, and they may provide a refund depending on their review.
