I'm a licensed clinical social worker and I've been working with some of the most amazing humans for the last 10 years supporting them through their mental wellness journey. I've developed a lot of tools to use with my clients and thought I'd share them here with you in my Etsy shop. If you're looking for a specific therapy worksheet, journal or tool please don't hesitate to send me a quick message and I'll get right on it.

I remember my struggle when just beginning my practice! It was really challenging to develop the documents I needed to work with my clients. So, I thought other therapists might be interested in some of those documents to help them get started as well.
