**Custom orders spots are limited**

For custom orders, please message me here or on instagram. I happily bring your visions to life. Payment is required upfront. I break my customs down into two categories: “special requests” and “custom commissions”. I offer special requests that may or may not be reproduced for future sales. There is an upcharge due to the time it takes to research and design new designs. Custom commissions are totally unique to you, such as pet portraits, portraits, one of a kind items, these will come at a higher price.

Important: I use top-rack dishwasher safe & non-toxic color. However, I suggest washing them by hand with lukewarm water, a cloth or a soft sponge. Washing and using them often might result in the paint fading or chipping over time. I suggest not putting them into the dishwasher.
All ceramics are heat cured to make the paint last longer. In case an item isn't fully cured by the time it ships I will certainly let you know. All it takes to cure an item is not to wash or use it for the time being.

I pack all ceramics with love and care, bubble wrap and tissue paper, surrounded by biodegradable packing peanuts, all prints in rigid envelopes and cellophane bags and pins patted envelopes, to ensure your plate a safe journey, but it's out of my hands how the mail services handle the packages on their way to their destination. See the broken item section for information on what to do if something arrives damaged.

In the unfortunate event of an item arriving broken, please message me with photos within 5 days. You have to keep the packaging and document everything, otherwise filing a claim will be impossible, and therefore issuing a refund as well. But I will do my very best to work it our together with you.
Small flaws might occur since the items are handmade, but if the flaw makes the item unusable, please message me within 5 days with photos, so I can take a look at it and decide if a refund is applicable. Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Refunds or returns are not guaranteed.
I do not accept cancelations of any orders and no returns on custom/special request items.

It is never fun to have an order go missing, luckily there are a few steps that can help finding a lost package. Besides the stickers, all order will come with a tracking and most of them are insured for up to $100.
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived yet, please wait 1-2 business days, since some packages get marked as delivered prematurely.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your local post office or fill out a missing package form on the USPS (or local mail service) website.
In case you can still not find your package, send me a message, so we can work it out together.
Please note, international orders might be held at customs, please reach out to them if your package is being held.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may apply. House of Hex is not responsible for delays due to customs or any fees. International Shipping may take longer than domestic shipping.
