Your satisfaction is extremely important to me! Please, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, or your item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. If an item has arrived damaged due to USPS shipping, we will have to follow their guidelines for submitting a claim.

Custom and Personalized items are non-refundable. If there is a mistake on my part, I will remake the item. A picture is required showing the mistake, and the item must be mailed back (at our expense). Mistakes due to misspelling on the customer's part, are not eligible for return.

All sales are final.

All pieces are handmade by me. Wood signs are cut, sanded, stained and painted. No two signs will be exactly alike. I put a lot of love and heart into each sign I make and will never send a sign unless it meets my perfectionist standards.

Please keep in mind that all items are handmade. I am not a machine so you will see brushstrokes in the paint. I carefully choose wood pieces, however, there will naturally be knots, nicks, dents, etc. in the wood. I make no attempt to cover up these imperfections as I believe they help add character to the wood. Wood signs may vary by up to 1 inch in size. All wood takes to stain differently, so some might turn out lighter or darker than shown in the picture.

Current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks unless there are holidays in between, then turnaround time could be longer but will always be noted in the shipping information. *production time does not include shipping time.

Purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking information. Shipping costs are based and calculated by weight/size and zipcode. Simply enter your zipcode for shipping fees.

Items will be shipped to the address you have listed with Etsy, so please make sure your address is up to date.
