Can I cancel my order?
• For all Digital Products. You can cancel and full refund will be issued ONLY if you haven't downloaded the files.
• For all Made-to-Order Products. You can cancel ONLY if the product has NOT been processed yet. Please contact us ASAP.
Can you edit for me (Digital Products) How much is the fee?
Yes, I can help you. The minimum fee is $6.00 USD. Depending on the item, fee would be from $6.00 USD to $12.00 USD (w/2 business days) + any tax (if applies to you) at check out.
For Rush Order, additional fee would be $10 USD (within 24hrs)
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
• For all Digital Products. We can def. exchange to a different design. ONLY if you haven't downloaded it. For returns and cancellations. Same way, please contact us asap and do not download any templates.
• For all Made-to-Order Products. Each custom or personalized item is crafted specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Is it possible to confirm the expected delivery date?
• For all Digital Products. Check under your purchases and download from your browser. This is NOT available on Etsy App. Check your email address for a link to access the product's template.
• For all Made-to-Order Products. We regret to inform you that we cannot promise delivery by specific dates, as once items are handed over to USPS, they are beyond our control. Generally, items are crafted within 1-7 business days prior to being dispatched. We strive to keep you informed throughout the entire process, but we highly advise placing orders in advance so that you give yourself enough time to plan.

I received the wrong design. What to do?
