Orders with multiple items:

The shipping cost you see, as you add items to your cart, are almost always over-calculated. Due to the nature of my listings, with multiple quantities, I must enter the highest weight for each item plus all shipping supplies.
As you add items to your cart, it is very likely that Etsy is over calculating your final package cost.

I know it looks scary! Please rest assured that I always refund the additional charge.

Unfortunately, you have to pay at check out, and expect a refund for the difference when I pack and ship your order.

• Ring Stacks MAY NOT be returned if they have been worn and/or the size adjusted. If the shape has been stretched and distorted you will not receive a refund. PLEASE! I have listed the size numerous times throughout the listing and I will no longer accept returns for rings purchased too small. Rings MUST be unworn and in the original packaging. Rings are adjustable between US size 5-1/2 to 7-1/2 MAX.

• My sincere apologies for any inconvenience. Please! Always feel free to contact me with any concerns or if you believe an item is defective or not as described. I promise to do my best to resolve any issues.

• I'm here to help and resolve any problems. If you feel a product doesn't meet your expectations, please contact me.

• For sanitary and hygienic reasons, all ring stack, ear wire and earring sales are final. These qualify as "intimate items."

• I am not required and/or cases are ineligible for "Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt"

• In the event that a return is authorized - YOU are responsible for return shipping costs, with some exceptions. You will refunded when the item is received and in sellable condition.

• Items sent back COD will be refused.

• Threats to force returns and refunds, that speak of product reviews or the Etsy case system, are prohibited on Etsy, and will be reported.

• There is a 10% restock fee on returns for re-counting and repackaging.

I do not accept discounts applied by third-party apps. Orders using unauthorized discount codes will be cancelled.

Most Jack & Me products are produced in Brass and bronze.
Others from Copper, Stainless Steel, Nickel (German) Silver, Aluminum, Sterling Silver, occasionally karat golds.

Brass is rarely the same color on every wire delivery. You should expect to see variations from product to product, and order to order when new stock is made.

"Raw" Brass - Products listed as "Raw" are made of unfinished materials. This means all wire is uncoated, not-plated and right off the machines. We actually leave a thin coat of the machinery oil on all of our raw stock. This prevents/delays any tarnish. However, all raw materials are subject to some color change. All raw materials can be polished or left to age & patina.

Items listed as Vintage or Antique are truly antique raw material products! They will often show signs of age by darkening colors, variation in color, or even patina. Some items will have some slight scratches than can be re-polished.

These are all surface variations. The integrity strength of the material has NOT changed.

Vintage Brass and other materials can be easily polished back to a surface of your choice. They can be plated, or even left to tarnish and patina if you like the "antique" or "aged" appearance.
Alcohol and ammonia products will increase the rate of patina.
