Late Mail:
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for late or missing packages due to mail carrier error. Late packages do not qualify for a refund.

Missing Packages:
If your order was marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, wait a few more days. Some tracking numbers will display an item prematurely marked as delivered but the item will show up a few days later.
If the item had USPS tracking, you can contact your local post office to get GPS coordinates of where your package was last scanned when delivered. If you suspect theft, please file a stolen package report with the police.
If you suspect it may have been misdelivered, please check that you input the correct mailing address on your order.

If an order is returned to me due to an invalid address, you will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. You can purchase again with the correct address if you would still like the item.

Inputting an incorrect or old address does not qualify for a refund. Please double check your shipping information before completing your order. If you placed an order with an incorrect address, please contact me BEFORE the item is shipped to edit your address (US customers only).

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

US Customers: All sticker orders with free shipping are sent by letter mail in an envelope. Upgraded shipping (USPS) on sticker orders will be sent in a rigid mailer.

International Customers: Sticker only orders will be sent through untracked letter mail but can be upgraded to include tracking (USPS).

German Customers: I am currently not shipping to Germany.

All sticker sheets are printed on a matte or glossy material which are NOT waterproof or tearproof. They are designed to be used on planners, journals, etc.
All die cut stickers are water-resistant (laminated) but I cannot guarantee they are 100% waterproof or dishwasher safe.

I am not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.

If an item arrives damaged, please provide photos of the damaged item and its original packaging within 5 days of receipt. We can work to either refund or replace the item.
