Custom orders are made to fit the individual specifically and will not be able to be returned. Please make sure that you measure your size correctly.

Bracelets: with tape measure, measure just above the wrist bone, then make sure to add approx ¼ inch to 1 inch (a ½ inch is average) depending how fitted you want your bracelet to be.

Necklace: Soft tape measure, wrap around neck add 2 to 4 inches (5-10 cm) to your neck measurement to calculate your minimum chain length.

Individual countries have different laws about import taxes and fees. the buyer is responsible for paying any fees collected when the package is picked up. I can't mark an item as a gift to avoid paying those fees, that's considered mail fraud and is illegal.

VAT taxes are charged by individual countries, and laws are different everywhere. If Etsy is required to collect VAT taxes they will be charged when the sale goes through.

Certain countries have additional customs and postal fees which are imposed when the package is delivered. It's the responsibility of the customer to check on any laws specific to his or her own country and to pay any additional fees.

Etsy provides estimated delivery dates at checkout, depending on the type of mail service you select. THESE ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED!!! I can't emphasize this enough, if you have less than a week before you need the item for US customers, or less than three or even four weeks for international customers, DO NOT ORDER unless you're willing to take a chance on the estimates being correct. The post office does not guarantee delivery dates, and it's totally out of my control. I don't guarantee that anything will be received on specific dates.

Unfortunately, if the post office marks the package as delivered, I have to take that as proof of delivery, and refunds will not be available unless a police report for stolen mail is filed. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.

If this does happen, check with anyone who may have picked up the package and brought it in. After that, check with neighbors, or look around your house to see if the mail carrier left it in an inconspicuous area. After that, check with the post office in person to get the GPS reading from the delivery scan. In the case of stolen packages, you should file a stolen package report with the police.

I can accept returns unless the item is a pattern, custom made, or earrings (due to hygiene reasons). Please contact me before returning items!

If you return something you're responsible for the cost of return shipping, and if item ships for free in the US, the actual cost of shipping the item won't be refunded. Please contact me before sending things back to see what your actual refund amount would be in those cases.

If an item arrives damaged, a refund or replacement may be issued once the required documentation is provided. Please submit three clear photos of the damaged item taken from different angles, as well as photos of the original packaging. These images are necessary for filing a claim with the postal service.

Take your metal ring for the same finger you are measuring for the beaded ring. If you are between sizes, order up a half size. ***Since beaded rings are woven tightly and do not stretch you want to go a full size up from your metal ring.*** If you don't know your ring size, you may print a PDF ring sizer from the internet - I recommend this one from Kay Jewelers:

Always measure your fingers when they are warm, not cold. Cut a thin strip of paper. Wrap the paper around the base of your finger. If you have larger knuckles measure both (you may want to choose a size between the two to allow the ring to slip on comfortably). Make sure the ring fits over your knuckle! Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with your ruler. Make sure you measure correctly ring should not fit snug. JerzeyGems rings are woven tight and do not stretch so you will need an accurate size.

If you have a ring sizer gauge at home (usually has about 27 ring sizes for you to slip your fingers through to figure out what size best fits) and are using it for your finger measurement when placing an order use it one size LARGER than the ring that fits the specific finger you are looking to purchase a beaded ring for. For ex: if you use a sizer and it says 6 1/2 place an order for a 7 1/2 size ring. Just make sure it is NOT a snug fit. JerzeyGems rings are woven tight and do not stretch so you will need a bigger size.
