Why is it so expensive to ship to my country?(Non US residents only)
Because I use Etsy labels to ship internationally, it is required for all orders to include tracking. Unfortunately, the international shipping options provided by Etsy are rather limited, and attempts to bypass this can negatively affect a seller's status. I really apologize for the inconvenience, however, if you are comfortable with paying the shipping, I make it a point to include extra freebies to help offset this!
Are all of your stickers waterproof?
No. Any stickers you see that are labeled "journal" or "planner stickers" are *not* waterproof. However, any stickers you see that have "waterproof" in the title are, due to the lamination that is applied overtop of them.
Why don't you ship to France,Germany,Greece,Poland,or Spain?
Because of the new recycling laws these countries have established, I would be required to pay a yearly fee just to be able to ship there. I do not sell enough to the mentioned countries to justify this. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Why is the tracking for my order stuck in "Pre-Transit" status?
My stickers are shipped in a standard envelope, with tracking provided by Etsy,not USPS. It is not always 100% accurate, and sometimes even if the order is actually in transit, it will still stay stuck on "pre transit",and may not update until the order is actually delivered to you.
