Thank you so much for your review. It does say clearly in the description that it is printed onto cream card, so I have sent the product as advertised 😊 If white was preferred you could of messaged me for an alternative or bought elsewhere. Just wish the description was read so it was 5 stars instead of 4 😪

Shipping
USA: Sent via Royal Mail then USPS once in the USA. Full tracking and a signature required upon delivery.
AUSTRALIA: Sent via Royal Mail then Australian post once in Australia. Full tracking no signature.
All items are bubble wrapped and packaged to a high standard to help ensure that there is no damage to the product through delivery.
With the uncertainty around the current Covid-19 situation worldwide. Please note it delivery companies are asked to hold on making deliveries in the UK or Worldwide, I will not be able to refund your order. It will eventually get to you but may take longer.
Additional policies and FAQs
Colours will print slightly different than a visual pdf on screen. Orders will print slightly differently by the printer with each order, this can not be helped due to printer calibration, but I will always make sure printing is kept at the highest standard possible.
Once a confirmation has been sent by yourself that the design is correct, no more changes can be made as I will send straight to print.
If the nickel content of your stainless steel fridge is too high, the front of the refrigerator won't be as magnetic. Please ensure you check this before purchasing otherwise your save the dates won't stick to your fridge. Why not try sticking to a radiator or other magnetic surface?
Delivery times are estimates and may change depending on how many orders I have on at the same time. If your parcel needs to go through customs, this may delay the delivery of your order. Dispatch times are based from the day you approve your design.
If nobody is in for your parcel, you will need to pick up from your local delivery office. If still not actioned the parcel will eventually be sent back to myself. Delivery costs will need to be paid again so I can resend. I can not be responsible for failed parcel pick ups.

Can I change the colours of the design?
YES! You can amend the colours to match your theme at no extra cost
Can you create a completely new custom design for my wedding or occasion?
YES! Please send me a detailed explanation of what you want. There is a small fee for this though.
Can you create a wedding/occasion stationery format that is not listed in your shop?
Sure I can! I've over 9 years experience working in-house / in agencies for various large brands including Cath Kidston, Gucci, D&G, HSBC to name a few. I've designed basic stationery items, to large scale graphics and packaging for toys! If you need something designed, send me a brief :)
