5 out of 5 starsI love this little guy! They're cute and lightweight. My only issue is that there is some rough, kind of yellowed edges on their cheeks where the fabric forms the face. I'm not sure if its just the way the fabric was produced and my little one was crafted with with that fabric or a shipping error, but its definitely a little rough to the touch. Its for display, not for a toy though, so I can forgive it. Fast shipping!

Frequently asked questions
It says you shipped my order but I haven’t received it. Where is my order?
As I have no insight into the internal workings of the postal service, I can’t say for certain. I cannot be responsible for packages delayed, misplaced, or lost by the postal service. Please do not place any orders if this is unacceptable to you. Delivery issues should be reported to your local post office, as I am in no way associated with them and cannot control any aspect of the delivery process.
Rest assured that I package your items with the utmost care and quality packaging materials. I also do extensive quality checks before I list an item, so I will not offer refunds or redeliveries for lost or damaged goods since it is completely out of my control once I drop it off the post office. Thank you for understanding.
Why should I leave a 5-star review?

If you want to leave anything besides a 5-star review, I ask that you please contact me first. Contacting me allows me to help you with anything you need, within reason, before you leave a bad review.
Please note that we independent sellers are NOT Amazon or a billion-dollar corporation like Walmart. We are just artists with a passion to make things you may like. As such, we cannot provide you the service that these huge companies offer, like “money back guarantee” or “guaranteed restock of your favorite item.”

My tracking number hasn’t updated after you shipped my order. Why not?
Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to update once I drop them off at the post office, and the moment you receive your shipping notification email is NOT when I have dropped off your parcel. At that point, I have only printed your shipping label.
If your tracking does not update within 15 business days of shipping, and you have not yet received your order, please let me know. I will do my best to assist you.
I didn’t get my order. Give me a refund!
VERY rarely, a parcel may get lost due to USPS’s negligence. This is why I highly recommend everyone to sign up for Text Message updates via USPS.com.
Unfortunately, I do not typically give refunds or replacements for orders when they are lost due to circumstances outside of my control.
However, that doesn’t mean I won’t do my best to help you. Normally, I will call USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) to see what happened with your parcel, but you are also requested to please go to your local post office to check your parcel’s whereabouts. Bring your tracking number and photo ID, too!
It’s been a while, and my item is now defective. I want a replacement or refund!
I check all my items very carefully before sending, and a buyer has 72 hours to contact me from the time of delivery if their item is defective upon receipt.
If it’s past 72 hours, I cannot be held responsible for any defects or damages.
I ordered an item, received it, but I changed my mind and want a refund.
Unfortunately, I do not accept refunds or exchanges due to circumstances outside of my control.
