Packages take 3-7 business days to arrive after shipping within the USA. Packages may also be delayed due to Holidays, Pandemics, Weather, & etc. If your package has taken quite sometime, feel free to reach out to us! We can send a replacement package up to $30, at no cost to the buyer!

International packages vary base off of Distance, International custom policies, Pandemics, Weather, Holidays, and etc. Packages may take up to a month to be delivered internationally. Once the package leaves the country (USA), we have no control over the package nor does the US Post Office. Unfortunately, we are unable to send a replacement package for international buyers. Around-the-neck bow ties are only eligible on Brittany bow ties. Neck ties can be made with the around-the-neck options upon request ONLY. You must purchase the ADD ON listing in order to have the around-the-neck option on your bow ties.

There could be a few reasons why coupon codes are not working:
