WHERE IS MY PACKAGE??
Once the postal service has your package, there is nothing I can do. I am a one-woman business - I ship orders every week from Minneapolis. Regrettably, I cannot take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcels, or if a customer has made a mistake entering their own address. If your item's tracking says it was delivered, but you never got it, please check with 1) your mail carrier, 2) your neighbors 3) your post office, before contacting us.
