The item is amazing One of the Velcros inside the pouch is coming out but nothing I can't fix. But overall amazing and so small! I need a smaller bag for just my phone and wallet. Shipping was a bit rocky but only because the post office lost packages. The customer service was amazing!

Still haven't recive the backpack I spend 130$ on. The seller told me it got shipped to someone else? I highly doubt they returned it. Sucks because I was eyeing on this product for awhile and got a whole bunch of pins to put in it for Christmas. I ordered this after Christmas. It was supposed to be here in Janurary But still noting:( UPDATE: I recieved the bag after 4 months. It looks nice in person. Has a lot of pockets. The outside kinda small tho so there isnt as much room for bigger pins. I love the bag but wish I got it sooner.
