I love the fact that Rhonda put some Radhesive on them and mounted them on a card as part of the packaging (ready to get to work)! I thought that was a thoughtful and very practical detail. I got a sweet hand-written note thanking me for my purchase, and a pretty baby blue mesh little drawstring pouch that it came in. My markers are all the envy of my rad-tech classmates, and I told them all where I got them from and how your site has other beautiful markers to choose from. I love this "gift" to myself, thank you Rhonda! <3

Thank you for the feedback. I am sure others will appreciate it as well when they are deciding which reel is the right fit for them as well. I’m sorry you missed the photo in the listing that shows how the heart would look on each type of reel. Unfortunately, that is the downside of the heavy duty reel. I am glad you still like it and I hope it brings you and your patients joy when worn. 💗

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, I do custom or personalized orders. We all have different tastes and styles and I am happy to create an item to fit what you like. If you would like a custom piece, please be as specific as possible and give as much details as you can. Note: I will most likely contact you for more details within a couple hours of your order. Please watch for messages from me if you have placed a custom order. I try to get started on orders as quickly as I can if I have all the information needed.
Sizing details
TABLES: my tables are typically made with a 15" or 18" wood round. Rounds can made at 12”, 24", 36”, even up to 48”. However, I am able to create different sizes and shapes that you would prefer. Contact me today to discuss your new table. Custom pieces outside the standard sizes available to me may have an additional fee due to the extra labor involved with cutting specific sizes . Get the colors and look you want in the size you need.
How do i care for my table?
Tables: Resin tables are coated with at least 3-4 coats of high quality epoxy resin. I typically use two different types of resin depending on where the table will be used. My tables are heat safe up to 475 degrees for outdoors and 175 degrees for indoors and are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. All resin has the ability to be scratched. Coasters should be used when possible. Dragging or pulling items across he table can cause scratches. Do not use harsh chemicals on your table. Nothing stronger than soap and water. proper care instructions that will be provided with your table. If your table scratches, contact me to discuss ways to polish your table. I am also happy to put a fresh coat of resin on your top for minimal fee.
My badge reel looks a little different from pictures. Why?
Please realize that pictures shown are only examples. There may be slight variations due to supply on hand. When working with real flowers and resin, I let them lead me with the design. A flower may bend one way or the other and I will go with what is natural for them to prevent them breaking. Which means the flower may go right in the photo, but the flower I am now working with points left. I will place it left because that is the way it wants to go. This means you will receive a truly one of a kind piece. I look at every badge reel created as a piece of art. I hope you do too.
Sizing details
Badge Reels: If your new badge reel is too long for your position at work, beads can be removed. Please contact me for a video on bead removal. Its easy to complete and you will be able to enjoy your new badge without it getting in the way😉
*** Every blank badge reel is tested for use before it leaves my shop. PLEASE BE AWARE ADDING BEADS MAY SHORTEN THE LIFE OF YOUR BADGE REEL*** Heavy duty reels now available with metal strings for those who are required to use string multiple times a day.***
*** You may notice a little clear glue on the seem of your badge reel blank. I do re-glue every seam when i receive the blanks from a supplier in hopes it will prevent them from popping open and breaking. This will not affect the esthetics. ***

If you have many items hanging on your badge I would highly recommend the heavy duty badge to prevent it from breaking.***
