5 out of 5 starsItem is just as pictured, but the way it was shipped was really risky. It was undamaged, but it was open on top, the mug sliding around, and not even in a box just Styrofoam?? I mean, it was undamaged so... It worked .. but still kinda janky lol

Do you provide exchanges for damaged products?
On a case by case basis, replacing a product (placing a new order for you or requesting reprints) may be possible! Please message me with images or video of your package as soon as it arrives. Ideally, before unwrapping it, you can show the damage to the packaging, and the unboxing process showing damage to the product, or an intact packaging but a production defect. As I am an individual, processing these requests or covering the costs may require case by case discernment. Please let me know if there are issues immediately.
Do you have bigger mugs, t-shirts, caps, prints, other finishes, ____________?

Can I have a custom or personalized design?
We create designs primarily focused on sharing culture, ideas, lifestyles, and memes! So unfortunately, we are likely not able to create personalized designs for you particularly. Mine has a minor visual defect, like blurred areas, faint lines, can I get a replacement?
This will be a case-by-case discernment, but printing errors should be rare and minimal. NOTE: due to digital printing technologies for made to order systems, prints tend not to be flawlessly crisp. Printer errors tend to be minor and we may not be able to cover full replacements for non critical issues. However if the defect affects the design itself or concept (i.e. blurry illegible main text/graphics), we can likely get a reprint issued. For minor issues that don't affect the design, we may also offer you a discount code for a future purchase that compensates for that error, up to a custom at cost price order from our end. Please let us know with detailed photos if there are any issues. We can definitely get that sorted!
Product images.
Product images displayed at the beginning phase of our launch are mock ups from our provider. We've tested a handful of the products personally and confirmed they are accurate to designs - albeit that the finishes as mentioned in item descriptions are gloss finishes or due to digital print technologies for made to order products it may be have slight variations. We may be working on other product finishes in future R&D as well as acquiring better in person photos. We also encourage you to post photos online with the tag #dailycope or tag @DailyDoseLabs or @keyokku. If you want to see the products in the wild, take a look at @DailyDoseLabs frequent retweets of our customers' photos!
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are according to the manufacturer and distributors and each product is printed fresh, so they remain relatively high - we apologize for this! We have tried to absorb a bit of the cost without going into deficit per sale especially considering platform processing fees, but we will keep working at optimizing pricing and balancing shipping costs and working with different providers in the future. Of course, United States domestic shipping will be much cheaper than international. If you buy more than one of the same exact design for most products (excluding variation product listings), it will also have discounted shipping for quantity. We appreciate your understanding! We will figure this out one day!
Future plans?
Opening this shop is a first trial run so there will be a lot of plans! Other than optimizing suppliers/providers/shipping for future, we have lots of fun designs and products planned, and hope to work with more creators and designers. Stay tuned on socials!
Product availability?
Most products may remain in circulation and available for purchase ongoing with the exception of seasonal rotations, discontinuation or changes of any of the designs or temporary or seasonal pauses of the shop for housekeeping. Limited runs of partnered or seasonal products may be available for a month only.
Shipping as gift
All orders are dispatched with the recipient's name and address without any invoice/pricing or purchaser information, so don't worry about that! Unfortunately at the moment there is no gift wrapping options available and I can't attach notes to the shipment. We will consider options in the future!
I only received one product!
If you've ordered multiple items, they are often shipped in separate packaging even if it has one tracking ID. So far anyone who has reported an issue of receiving only one product first, received the rest a few days later! We recommend you to wait a business week or so since it could still be on the way and just separated. Secondly, check all your possible mailbox/concierge/door where packages could be delivered. Thirdly, after a week, check with your post service to see if they haven't dispatched them from their facilities. Fourthly, if there is truly no sign of it and it is truly lost, please contact us here and we can likely request reprints and redelivery! Thanks for your patience!
