Gentle Planning Tools for Real Life
Hi, I’m Kelli — the creator behind KH Digital Designs Co. I started this shop after burnout left me overwhelmed, drained, and looking for a gentler way to bring some structure back into my life.
I’ve always loved the idea of being organized, but so many traditional planners and productivity systems felt like one more thing I had to keep up with. They were too rigid, too visually overwhelming, or built around routines that didn’t leave much room for real life. As someone with a neurodivergent brain, I needed tools that gave me structure without making me feel boxed in.
So I started creating my own.
Today, KH Digital Designs Co. is filled with printable planning tools designed to help make everyday life feel calmer, clearer, and more manageable. You’ll find planners and trackers for finances, home management, cleaning, emergency preparedness, habits, goals, self-care, fitness, reading, meal planning, productivity, and more — all created with the same philosophy: planning should support your life, not take it over.
That means giving you structure without demanding perfection. My planners include thoughtful organization, clean and calming layouts, and plenty of options so you can choose the pages and systems that actually work for you. You don’t have to use every page, follow someone else’s routine, or start over because you missed a day. Take what helps, leave what doesn’t, and make it your own.
While my own experience with burnout and neurodivergence has shaped the way I design, these tools are made for anyone who feels overwhelmed by everything they’re trying to keep track of — whether you’re managing a household, working toward financial goals, building healthier routines, keeping up with school or work, or simply trying to make everyday life run a little more smoothly.
Every product I create starts with the same question: How can I make this easier to manage?
Because organization doesn’t have to mean doing more. Sometimes it simply means having a clear place for the things already taking up space in your head.
Thanks for being here. I hope you find something that helps you feel a little more organized, a little less overwhelmed, and more confident in creating routines and systems that work for your real life.
