Generally speaking, since you are seeing what you are creating or picking out, there is no need to refund money.

** If there are any issues with the products when you receive them, contact me and we can discuss how to handle the situation.

Just to give you an idea of how my custom pieces work, I will share the process with you...from start to finish.

1. The client and I start with a message. They tell me what they'd like and I may ask for descriptions, images, photos of what it is that they would like me to create.
2. The customer chooses the listing and purchases it. In some cases a RESERVED listing will be created for the customer.
3. I will then purchase the supplies and begin to create the piece based on the client's personalized idea.
4. If a client requests, I will send photos of the process. I also will send a final photo if they'd like and then I ship it out.

All items are shipped using first class shipping. Additional items will be charged as listed with the option to upgrade to priority shipping.

There are no rush or overnight orders taken because all items are created by me and made to order. Please plan orders accordingly.

I am not responsible for lost items. I will include a tracking number which will provide you with the opportunity to see where your package is. Once it is turned over to the USPS, is it out of my hands and now the responsibility of the USPS.
