I'm Tonya Newton and I create unique , not your typical, Christmas stockings. Each stocking is handmade in Pittsburgh, PA by Tonya Newton. I create and complete each item, these are not AI-generated items (though I may use a little AI to clean up the photos but nothing extreme) and nothing is outsourced. Each item is created and packed in my home studio, which is smoke free and pet fur free (I have non-shedding dogs). If you're looking for something one of a kind and completely personal to you, reach out to me for a custom order. I will create any existing character from Oct-Dec. From March-Oct, I'll even create a new character that I don't currently offer, per your request.
I have been creating original Mid Century inspired art since 2001. I started out my career as a painter then leaned into graphic design in 2011 and eventually felt crafting in 2018. On Etsy, I primarily focus on Kitschmas items under the Kukukitchoo moniker.
