What shipping carrier do you use?
I use Pos Indonesia, a standard post office in my country. You can check their website here https://www.posindonesia.co.id/
Non-tracked mails are available to most countries.
Regular tracked mail can only ship within USA and ASIA (SG, JP, MY, TH, TW, KR, HK) only.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 3-7 business days from the date of your order confirmation, unless it is a preorder.

Please allow international shipping of 3-4 weeks in US, and 2 weeks in Asia.
