1. Do You Offer Custom Designs?

Yes, you have an option to add a name and age of the birthday girl/boy at no extra cost.

2. Do You Offer Refunds & except returns?

Yes, refunds are subject to our policies & procedures. Our well informed team will communicate & assess the reason for a refund or return & deal with it accordingly.

3. Is there a delivery fee?

Yes. There is a delivery fee, which you will see when choosing your selected country & then purchasing an item. The delivery fee will vary depending on your location. However delivery in South Africa is Free.

4. What is the minimum & maximum items per order?

Because we are based in the beautiful South Africa & ship our products from here, we have a minimum order of 12 items per product. However there is NO limit on the maximum order, as we update our stock levels frequently.

5. What is your lead time from placing my order to delivery?

All products are made to order, please allow 1 - 3 working days for production. We will keep you updated every step of the way :)
We use DHL as our preferred courier company. We are very confident in their ability to deliver products in good condition and on a timely manner, DHL usually delivers in about 5-7 working days (depending on your delivery address).

6. Am I responsible to pay for import taxes and customs?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

7. Will the items (party boxes, popcorn boxes ect) be assembled?

No, all products are prepped and shipped flat and compact. They are easy to assemble & come with instructions. When you place your order, we will also send you a link with a video on how to assemble your products with ease.

8. Do you deliver to postal addresses or not?

No. We utilize DHL Express courier services, which means we only delivery to a physical street address. Please note, this applies APO addresses as well, which means we cannot deliver to an APO address.
