Returns and exchange details
• You have the right to change your mind on your purchase from LocalBeavers and return it to me within 14 days of receiving it and after contacting me to let me know that that will be the case. The item must be in the unused, like new condition that it was sent out in and will not be accepted as a return if there are any signs of use, odours or pet hair etc.
• The buyer will pay return postage and initial postage costs cannot be refunded.
Exchanges can be made for another item available in store. Postage for the exchange will be paid for by the customer.
• Customers outside of the EU are responsible for customs fees particular to their country.
• Custom orders are non-returnable or refundable.
• LocalBeavers' hand made products are created in small batches. I endeavour to show as many photos as possible of each piece in natural light and from various angles so that you know exactly what you are going to receive. Variations and mottling in colour and grain are part of the design.
• Please be aware of any colour differences represented by individual monitors/phone screens.

• LocalBeavers accepts payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout from customers worldwide.

• Your package will be sent out within the time frame indicated on your order.
• The postage type offered for all countries from Poland is Piority Airmail within Europe or to international customers.
These don't always have tracking numbers attached to them but are very efficient and reliable and help to keep the cost of postage down for you.
If you would like to have your parcel insured and tracked please request this before purchasing and purchase the add-on for this (Usually around $4/5.
• Customers outside of the EU are responsible for customs fees particular to their country.
• Your package will be sent to the postal address on your Etsy order. If you need to change where your package will be sent to after you have ordered please send a message within 24 hours to me so that it can be amended.
• In the case of the address provided by you during the order process being incorrect and not amended prior to shipping; if we can do something, we will, but it is not our responsibility, and this does not mean we are accepting responsibility. We also do not accept responsibility for any charges that occur during any potential package intercept and reserve the right to recharge these to customer by agreement prior to service rendered.
If we need to reship an order, we may do any or all of the following, or something else.
1 - Ask you to pay for the reshipping cost and we ship another out to you immediately, by the fastest available method.

• You have the right to change your mind on your purchase from LocalBeavers and return it to me within 14 days of receiving it and after contacting me to let me know that that will be the case. The item must be in the unused, like new condition that it was sent out in and will not be accepted as a return if there are any signs of use, odours or pet hair etc.
• The buyer will pay return postage and initial postage costs cannot be refunded.
Exchanges can be made for another item available in store. Postage for the exchange will be paid for by the customer.
• Customers outside of the EU are responsible for customs fees particular to their country.
• Custom orders are non-returnable or refundable.
• LocalBeavers' hand made products are created in small batches. I endeavour to show as many photos as possible of each piece in natural light and from various angles so that you know exactly what you are going to receive. Variations and mottling in colour and grain are part of the design.
• Please be aware of any colour differences represented by individual monitors/phone screens.
Payment
• LocalBeavers accepts payment through PayPal and Direct Checkout from customers worldwide.
Shipping
• Your package will be sent out within the time frame indicated on your order.
• The postage type offered for all countries from Poland is Piority Airmail within Europe or to international customers.
These don't always have tracking numbers attached to them but are very efficient and reliable and help to keep the cost of postage down for you.
If you would like to have your parcel insured and tracked please request this before purchasing and purchase the add-on for this (Usually around $4/5.

• Your package will be sent to the postal address on your Etsy order. If you need to change where your package will be sent to after you have ordered please send a message within 24 hours to me so that it can be amended.
• In the case of the address provided by you during the order process being incorrect and not amended prior to shipping; if we can do something, we will, but it is not our responsibility, and this does not mean we are accepting responsibility. 1 - Ask you to pay for the reshipping cost and we ship another out to you immediately, by the fastest available method.
