This is a lovely little letter for the parents of a premature baby. I contacted Lorraine about an issue I had. . She responded almost immediately. So helpful and understanding.!! This is someone who really understands. She’s so empathetic and caring. She speeded up delivery for me and sent it 1st class. She sent me supportive messages and I was really touched by her kindness throughout !! I got the letter with the embellishments and it’s beautifully done. Great quality, it comes with an envelope and more than met my expectations. This is a wonderful company, with excellent customer service and with a really lovely lady at the helm. Thank you so much.
