All our options are listed, so if you are looking for a custom order (a color that isn't listed / a change to the way the item looks etc, - we can only accept custom order requests for large bulk orders (i.e 50 pieces are more)

On each listing we show the font option we have available, as well as punctuation, and symbols. We cannot emboss anything that we do not show unfortunately.

Yes we do! We often link to matching items in a product'd description.
However, we stock different types of leather including Saffiano, Grained and Pebbled. Only the same colour in the same leather will be matching.

We use recyclable packaging. If you've chosen to add a gift bag, this will be packed flat for ease of transit, unless it's going direct to the recipient. If you've added a gift message this will be printed onto the packing slip. No pricing information will be included on packing slips.

Yes, all our items are real leather unless described otherwise (i.e 'recycled leather, 'vegan').

We carefully source all our leather products, ensuring they are of the highest quality possible. Most of our leather is sourced from talented artisans in Italy.

The majority of our leather products are made from either Saffiano or our Grained (or pebbled) leather.

Saffiano leather consists of a weave created by Prada. This interweaving of leather gives the Saffiano leather a particularly "scratched" look; It is a very resistant and waterproof type of leather.

Grained leather is much softer and has a pebbled look.

Once you have placed your order, it is not possible to cancel it if we have begun to process it (during the covid epidemic to ensure the safety of our team we are all working on rotation so often we have someone making orders through the night). If you need to make an amendment to your order, such as changing your personalisation, this may be possible if we have not already made it so please reach out as soon as possible. Personalised items are by their nature non-returnable; however if you have purchased a non-personalised product, you can return this within 14 days.
