Your order will be packaged in a lace doily lined kraft bag and tied with a dainty matching bakers twine bow! You can even send your order straight to the gift recipient and save on shipping!

Please treat all of our handmade products with great care. Do not leave with children unattended. Wipe clean with a damp cloth, but do not submerge in water or they may lose their shape. Headwraps can be untied and ironed flat on medium/high heat before retying to fit any head size.

We provide tracking and insurance on all of your orders! If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us ASAP providing 3+ photos of the damage. We will fill out a claim form and provide you with a claim form to fill out as well. Once the claim goes through, we will either refund you for the damaged products or send you a replacement.

If your package is marked as delivered via USPS tracking, but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking all surrounding areas and asking any neighbors if they've received your package by mistake. If you still aren't able to locate it you can contact your local post office - USPS has exact GPS coordinates when they mark a package as delivered and they should be able to retrieve them for you and show you exactly where it was located. Unfortunately we aren't able to access this information from our local post office. If you're still unable to find your package, your next step would be to file a police report for a stolen package.
