When and how will I receive my instant download?
If you have an Etsy account, after the purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.
Etsy will also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
Please note that you can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.

What paper should I use?
For high quality results, you can print on a thick cardstock paper (80 - 110 lb recommended) or photo paper and set your print quality to Best or Photo Quality. Most home printers should be able to manage at least 90lb card, but please check your printer's specification.
Can I try the templates before purchase?
Yes, each listing contains a demo link to try the specific template before purchase. All of the editing features in the demo will be the same as the purchased version. However, you will not be able to save or download the template while using the live demo.
How do I get access to the Editable Files?
An email from Corjl is sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account within minutes of your payment confirmation (check your spam folder if you are unable to locate it). Click on the provided link, then follow the prompts to create an account and access your template.
If you do not have access to your email or unable to locate your Corjl email, you can still access your template.
1.) Go to Corjl.com
2.) Click on 'Edit a Purchased Item'
3.) Register your new Corjl Account by entering your email address associated with Etsy and the order number (this can be found on the order receipt in your Etsy account).
Where can i print?
There are several printing options you can consider:
1. Print at Home
2. Copy center such as Staples, Fed Ex Kinkos, Office Max, etc.
3. Local print shop
4. Photo lab such as Costco, Staples, Walmart, Walgreens, Shutterfly.com
