How long will it take my order to ship?
Production time on full wedding invitation orders is currently running 3-4 weeks. Production time begins when your order is purchased AND your proof is approved.
If you are in need of a RUSH order contact us and we will see if we can accommodate.
How will my order ship?
INVITATION ORDERS are shipped either USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days to most US locations) or FedEx Home Delivery (2-4 business days to most US locations).
SAMPLE orders are sent USPS First Class Mail.
ADDRESS STAMP orders are sent USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days to most US locations)
If you require a specific delivery method or upgrade let us know.
What is the difference between assembled vs. un-assembled invitations?
With our assembled option, the invitation suites would come with invitation card attached to the holder (pocketfold, laser cut, etc.) and mat if applicable. If belly bands are part of the design these would be folded and adhered into a loop.
Please note: We do not put the belly bands around the invitations unless you add on RSVP postage.
For the un-assembled invitations each piece would be bundled individually and then you would need to assembled them.
Custom and personalized orders
Most of the items in our shop are fully customizable. Wording, colors, paper selections, and sizes may be changed. Let us know what you are thinking as far a customization and we'll let you know what is possible.
Can you create invitations in languages other than English?
Yes, we have created invitations in Spanish, French, Korean, Serbian and others. We can do just about any language, we will just need the wording provided.
