Had a very bad experience with this seller. She was friendly and quick to respond when I first placed my order but then never heard back from her after multiple follow ups and submitting a help request. Etsy refunded me for my items thankfully!

Was sent a draft showing the font, so I thought. The draft was black. I assumed it was just showing the font on the cup. The font was perfect but I ordered it to be in gold and when the cups were received they were in black. I messaged back and even showed were I had ordered in the metallic gold and was never messaged back.

This seller took my order but then we never heard from her again, and did not communicate at all. Etsy refunded my order thankfully
