There's a slight mark up on postage cost for both UK and international items - this is to cover the cost of mailing packaging. - This excludes the cost of the gift packaging and extras your item will arrive in / with but includes the basic packaging, protective packaging, tape, ink for postage label etc. Please also note that standard shipping cost doesn't cover you for loss of goods. Please upgrade to tracked / signed for service to cover you against lost goods.

A gift from me to you; all jewellery items come in an organza gift bag or card gift box or tissue paper depending on the item(s). - Some item(s) may also come in a cello bag with or without a jewellery backing card. Non-Jewellery items will come in protective packaging not gift packaging (unless stated otherwise on item).

If you wish for a personalised gift card please add a gift note starting with 'Gift card: and then your message' if your note doesn't start with the words 'Gift card' I won’t include it. - This saves on confusion. Please also write who this gift is from ie your name, initial or anonymous.

All orders will come with one of my business cards; please if you do not wish to keep it then give it to a friend / family member or alternatively please leave it in a public place such as library, cafe, class room etc - I am not encouraging littering but the potential that someone else may purchase from my small handmade business. - Thank you.

All available items will be processed within 24 hours and then shipped Mon-Fri. All shipping dates are excluding bank/pubic holidays, pandemics such as corona virus limitations and postal issues such as strikes, unforeseen post office closure etc). You’ll be notified of dispatch ASAP.

These shipping times exclude Made to Order, Custom Made, Altered Pieces which will be shipped once ready; at a time given / agreed prior to purchase / ASAP time frame and held at your request items.

All UK items will be shipped with proof of postage 2nd class standard unless you upgrade to a faster service, we recommend upgrading at checkout to signed for at checkout to cover you against lost goods. We aim to ship Mon - Fri. Delivery time estimated as 1st class 2-3 working days and 2nd class 2-5 working days.. (Items may be delayed due to Corona Virus issues, however RM are working hard to deliver your orders ASAP and in the safest way possible for both yourselves and their employees..)

As said all items are shipped next working day Mon-Fri (excluding public and bank holidays) however once delivered at post office I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays especially in heavy mailing seasons such as before/during/after Christmas. Equally there may be delays due to weather such as snow, ice, wind or natural disasters such as tornado, earth quakes, floods, fires etc. Additionally, I cannot be held responsible for postal strikes. That said if your item hasn't arrived in 14 working days to UK mainland, 20 working days to UK islands or 45 days internationally then please contact me. Unfortunately if you don not buy tracked services (international tracked / UK recorded) I can not be responsible for refunds as there's no evidence of lost goods. Internationally please order at least 45 days for your item to arrive. UK please order at least 14. Please allow more time for Commission / Custom Made / Altered Items etc. - I, Royal Mail and your shipping company intend to get your items to you as quickly as possible however as said weather, postal strikes, heavy mailing seasons etc may cause delays.
